As I explained in the already open topic "emails not working", I can't get my backup that way, so I have "download to your computer" checked instead, but I can't find where it is downloaded TO on my computer so I can make sure it's working.
It acts like it is downloading the data, but then it's no where to be found.
Kelly, it depends on where you've set your browser to download files. For most Windows users, that's usually on their Desktop or a folder named "Downloads."
