I find that if I choose the email backup option, I receive the backup completed window after backup. However, when I choose the download to computer option, although the file is downloaded & the backup indicates 100%, I never receive the backup completed window. Should I be concerned?

i do have the same problem, the Backup never creates an backup complete window.
