			<description><p>Kelly, it depends on where you've set your browser to download files.  For most Windows users, that's usually on their Desktop or a folder named "Downloads."</p>

			<description><p>As I explained in the already open topic "emails not working", I can't get my backup that way, so I have "download to your computer" checked instead, but I can't find where it is downloaded TO on my computer so I can make sure it's working.</p>
<p>It acts like it is downloading the data, but then it's no where to be found.</p>
