Hi! I am using the built in version of Filosofo on

However it is not working! I have reuploaded WP to make sure everything is in place.

It still shows a post rather than the page I created called "Home".

Any ideas?

Could it be that the theme I am using does not have the correct code to check for a static home page?

I recently started working with WP 2.1.2 and am trying to understand how to get the effect that this plug-in used to provide. I'd like a semi-static page (with some summaries of recent posts) as the index page for my domain, and then a /blog directory to hold the blog. The article in the Codex about static homepages doesn't describe how to achieve this with 2.1.2 -- do you know where I can look for a description of how to do this?

Firstly many thanks for your great plug-in. I have a site set-up on my local server with the home page control installed-everything works as expected apart from my blog page.

I have called it ‘news’ and when I click on the news page my blog entries appear fine, however when I click on an entry title the page just reloads and doesn’t go to the single blog entry page?

Any ideas on how to approach this problem?
